ROMANTIC AMERICAN LITERATURE IN THE XIXth CENTURY: EMERSON

Emerson's poems are a must-read for anyone who is interested in literature in general or in poetry in particular. Here is a web where you'll find his short poems, really inspiring!
Give all to love;
Obey thy heart;
Friends, kindred, days,
Estate, good fame,
Plans, credit, and the muse;
Nothing refuse.

'Tis a brave master,
Let it have scope,
Follow it utterly,
Hope beyond hope;

ROMANTICISM!

It's autumn, the day is shorter and we have more time for instrospection and access to our deep source of knowledge. To connect with it, a good start are Ralph Waldo Emerson's wise words in these quotes
