While some students love writing because they find it creative and they can express themselves, others hate it and consider it's a waste of time. IMPROVE YOUR ENGLISH BY READING AND WATCHING THE NEWS WITH "NEWS IN LEVELS"!

This is a great website to visit when you want to read news and  practice of all your skills at the same time.
Notice how the news articles are presented in a different way according to your level, for example
My suggestion is the following: start with: LEVEL 1 or LEVEL 2 to read and understand the text. You can even use it as a dictation exercise and repeat the sentences to improve your pronunciation!
After that, watch the video in LEVEL 3 even in you don't understand the whole text! It'll be good listening practice too.

I usually recommend this grammar book for LEVEL 1: beginners or those who have studied English but don't remember the most basic grammar items. It shows examples in short texts, there's an explanation of the rules and graded exercises, from simple to more complicated. Buy one with key so that you can correct your mistakes.
Learning English grammar is a question of patience and practice and more patience and more practice because you learn, forget, remember, forget, practice, remember.....a never ending story! but it keeps your English alive!
