WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN OR WHERE HAVE YOU GONE?

When studying the present perfect we study the fact that the verb "go" has to past participles: gone and been. Oh my God: more rules to learn! True, but the good news is that the rules are easy to learn.

NEVER AND EVER: NEVER SAY NEVER

The adverbs "never" and "ever" are extremely common and useful; however, we usually need practice to use them correctly.

Finally, you might want to remember the meaning of the famous idiom "Never say never" :)
According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary this idiom is used:
to say that a person should not say that he or she will never do something because people change their minds
